Flora Sensations — Non Refund of money

I am Bhavana Bandekar aka Prabha Rao. I am a senior citizen from Bangalore and have a grievance against Flora Sensations, a company which claims to deliver flowers, cakes and gifts online.
This is to bring to your notice that this company has not refunded my money for the past 2 months.

I had ordered for a Christmas cake on Dec 24, 2023 at 8.41 pm (payment vide gpay) and this was to be delivered to Palakkad. The company at no time mentioned that they had problems with delivery to the said address. The delivery was supposed to happen between 7 am to 9 am. I contacted the friend to check if they had received the cake and they said that they had not got anything.

I tried reaching out to Flora Sensations through their chat but no reply. Then I received this message at 9.22 am on Dec 25, 2023. The company should have foreseen the rush on the festival day and not accepted the order at all.

Kindly go through all the messages and information i have sent to you and help me get this money back.

Hence, we have to cancel your order and your refund would be initiated within 10-15 working days.
We really apologize again for the inconvenience caused to you.
