I have ordered a cake on 13th of feb, but they have cancelled my order and in thir cancelation mail they wrote that the refund amount will done with in 7 working days. but almost 17-18 days have gone, no one is reverting on mail and i am chasing for my money to get refund.

I order a cake and bouquet from flora sensation on 10 February and make a payment via phone pe after then I got an order confirmation mail. After sometime I got a mail of cancelled order and in that mail it was mentioned that I will get my refund in 10 -15 Working days. Today is 29 February and till now I didn’t received my money back. I had mailed flora sensations like 10 times but no reply received. Kindly look into the matter and process...

My name is gauri, I'm from pune.
I had ordered 1 flower booke on feb 7, 2023 at 10:30 am (payment vide phonepay) and the was to be delivered to kota. The company at no time mentioned that they had problems with delivery to the said address. The delivery was supposed to happen between 11 am to 12 pm. I contacted the friend to check if they had received the cake and they said that they had not got anything.
