I book a mobile phone against id no 0502fmt7484. But order cancelled last 5 month before. Many time i called to customer care for refund. But till now i don't get my refund. When i call just told me today afetr 2 pm you get refund. Till 5 months over but prob not solve. I already submit my bank details.

Sir our first emi 950rs credited in company icici bank account and send bank credit slip for company gmail account but company is not promptly working our process for smart phone without credit card.0%interest loan and told our bank statement and id proofs am send all documents but not riceved mobile. that company not delivered smart phone. refund process immediately our bank account am coplainting 2 months back

This was my repeated request to this company through mail that i am pasting here. they promised that they will refund the amount till monday but monday has gone and they are deaf. i wish this company go bankrupt. my request and complaint is as follows:

Sir/madam,
I am anil kumar, (my application 0804fmt6731) and i have ordered iphone 6s on 8 april 2016. the product was not delivered and the payment was made in installments 1000+3800+2500=7300. i was given 2-3 days to deliver the product by customer care executive. but till now the product was not delivered. after waiting for so long i didnt get my ordered item so i asked them to cancel order and make refund. i was given 14-21 days to wait for the refund for which i have got emails. this is very poor service that i have got from any website till now. today is 2 july 2016 but till no action has been taken to resolve my issue. i completely feel harrassment by your service. i made repeated request to customer care executive but they would hang my phone and do not giving any response. this is total unbearable.
If i dont get my refund as early as possible then i am going to post this message on review forms like consumer india and still then my issues are not resolved then i will go to consumer court to file a case and i will email the notice to you people. i feel completely harassed to the verge of crying. never ever buy anything from your stupid site: fonmart.in
Complete waste. dont ever ever buy from you people. you are sick and pathetic.

i am niyamatullah khan from kurla west mumbai 400070 mobile [protected] i was puchased from fonemart.in i paid rs 1000 as processing fees and they demanded for some document exp pan card, adhaar card, and 1st EMI RS 2441 paid reciept two photo i submited all the document and pay 1st emi rs2442 after a week i call to customer care no.[protected] and i asked for delivery they told you will recieved on mondy but i dont recieve when i call on tueseday they told me next monday you will recieve on next monday no delivery then i call to customer care and asked him they told me pls submitt 3yrs itr but my salary is not taxable then i mail to the company for refund of money after 1week i call again they told me your amount has been transfered to your a/c when i check my acount today there in no cash recieved and today i call to customer care they told me it will take 14 days to 21days
sir i am sure they are totally cheating with the customer kindly take possible step other wise they will cheat innocent customers

Sir i ordered i phone 6 and executive told me you will receive an email and fill all the details in that mail. I paid Rs 4500 in their account and immediatley after that they stopped receiving my calls. I am calling thrm day and night but i am not getting any response from their side.

As we ordered a gionee smart phone since 20 days & where the sales person been committed that the mobile to be delivered within 72hrs .but today the date is 6/6/16 but still we have not received any mobile from this fake company, However calling them many times but bloody no one picking the call & not giving any reply & response,

Required the response within 2 days otherwise will must to ludge a complaint in consumer court .

Take this issues seriously & deliver the mobile within the mentioned dates .

One of the bloody sales executive named Ms.Divya ( [protected] ) especially calling this lady more than 100 times but still she not picked my call .

I applied for a cell phone on EMI basis. I have filed application form on line. Then I received a courier from the company. I received the courier after paying Rs.1000/- cash. When I opened the parcel I found a watch in it. Then I checked up with the customer care of the company regarding receipt of the watch instead of cell phone. Then they told me that I have to pay the first EMI amount of Rs.875/- and after two days of the payment I will be receiving the cell phone. I made on line payment of Rs. 875/- on 13/05/2016. So far I have not received any Cell phone. When I am speaking to customer care, they are asking for my application ID. I do not have any such ID. I have sent E Mails to "[protected]@fonemart.in". There is no reply for that.
