Food Panda — bad quality food

I ordered a burger which looked very good on their app. But when i received the order it was just 2 slices of tomato kept inside a bun with some.
When i complained they said the image is for reference purpose only and they cant do anything.
I was really angry but helpless.
I would like a refund and an apology from them for such behavior.

Hllo my name is Rajashree Behera.. My mobile no is [protected].. I have made an order on17th march 2019 between 9-9.30pm.. I have paid money through my paytm wallet.. That order has been cancelled by your customercare and I didn't get my money back till now..
Please take action to this rider...this rider verry rude his name is amran and his vechcial number is (DDJ1045)
Security ask for Identification card for registiration but this drive is refuse and use obscene language please take serious to this driver thank you
