I am so frustrated with this firm, as i order the food and it got ready at the restaurant within 20 mins and the delivery boy didn't answer the restaurant call and when i contacted the chat support of foodpanda their agent didn't answer my query rather kept on delaying it for almost 1 hour, i would also request the indians not to promote or order anything from this firm as they don't care about their customer at all

My number is [protected]. My last 3 orders were cancelled by the restaurants by the refund is not paid back even after 2 days. Payback needed urgently. Poor service in payback. Disappointed!!

On friday i have ordered biryani amounted 109.22rs, almost after 40 minute later got message, food delivered but till now no food received, call received and also my money not recieved.

If my money will not refund, i will not use foodpanda forever and also tell my all friends, friends of friends, office and then will share foodpands chutiyapa on facebook.

Today i have order a gulabjamun rs 80/- than delivery boy was call me he'did not delivered mine current order due to some resion. He say me kindly re-book your order, and he sign to delivered. So i pay current order but i didnt receive my order, the same cheat with my colleague.

Ordered food from midnight bites at 7:57pm. Order no b1ma-bj25
Paid via paytm. called at near about 9:45pm to the restaurant only to be informed that no delivery agent had still visited. This is highly ridiculous. need my money back.
