Food Panda — failure to refund inr 330 which was deducted for an order that was never delivered | |||
I ordered some food from the restaurant Food 2 Go through foodpanda on 20 September 2018.. An amount of INR 330 was deducted from my paytm wallet to pay for the order. The restaurant declined the order. I received a sms as well as a mail from foodpanda saying that the amount has been credited in my account. However, no amount has been credited in my paytm wallet.I mailed my complaint to foodpanda but they refused to respond. I want food panda to refund the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
