Food Panda — food is not delivered

Hi team,

I ordered food and was confirmed and the delivery boy received the order and later without any information or call they delivered the food but i have not received it yet.

I even tried to chat with the support team, but the app is so unstable that whatever i type it omit after some time.

I dropped a mail but let's see if i receive any response or not.

Please refund the ordered amount.
