Food Panda — my order is late, along with rider not receiving and rejecting calls | |||||
I placed an order 8;43pm on 11th of october2018 payed via paytm, the after process was all right, till the restaurant confirmed it, but it was an hour and no proceedings were done, i called up the restaurant they said they have dispatched the order 40 mins before which means the order should reached till then, but it didnt. I managed too the riders mobile number, i kept on calling him for more than 50-60 times. He rejected my calls continuously. It is 11;57 i still have not my food, neither did the rider picked up the call or called back. I have no idea when will it be coming. The app has an amazing nuisance of not even having technique to cancel, i tried reaching out their support which offcourse didnt work. I also mailed the to the email id from which the confirmation was sent. There is nothing from their part. Was this information helpful? | |||||
