My order request #8805103
Dated[protected] is cancelled and the amount is not refunded till now even after one month.
Kindly credit and reimburse the amount with out any further delay else legal steps may be taken for further process in the court of law with out mercilessly.

I am trying to order in Food Panda, but when trying to apply a coupon getting "Sorry you dont have any voucher as your account is blocked". I had not notified regarding the block and the reason too not mentioned. There is no helpline number available to contact. Please take necessary action.

They blocked my both accounts without any reason and no voucher is applicable on that my account emails are [protected]@gmail.com & [protected]@gmail.com

Foodpanda blocked my account without any specific reason and now no response from them. Receiving only system generated mails and messages.

The order was undelivered so i used the coupon again and they are sending the note of unfair and misuse of coupon which actually is not done.

Company is not willing to unblock my account it feels like. Please help me unblock and resolve my issue.
