Food Panda — order cancelled but money didn't refunded back

I have ordered Mcaloo Tikki from foodpanda on 14th september where order no : r0tu-5v9a .But the ordred was cancelled from your end and I got the following message:

"Sorry, we've had to cancel your order r0tu-5v9a from McDonald's (ORR Central Mall). We'll refund the amount if you were charged."
But till now I have not received refund from your end.

Attaching the screenshots of the message received .Kindly look into it and help me getting the refund of Rs 200.05
