Food Panda — refund for an auto cancelled order | |||
Order ID x9yw-7f16 was placed with food panda on the 23rd of Spetember, 18 at 09:04 PM. Amount was deducted from my Paytm wallet for confirming the order however the order was auto cancelled after 20 mins or so. It has been 10 working days now and I am yet to receive a refund amount of Rs.140.42. When I try to reach out to food panda either by chat or call, I have always been unsuccessful. Chat system, being the only way of reaching out as a customer service, that too is never responded properly. Only few lines of auto acknowledgement is what can be seen on the chat window. It is really frustrating as a end user for getting in touch with a customer executive. Was this information helpful? | |||
