Food Panda — refund not received even after 10 days | |||||
I ordered a cake on 18th sep 2018 using foodpanda mobile app from a restaurant the chocolate heaven (Whitefield bangalore) and made the payment of ₹369.49 using paytm wallet. After few minutes of the placing order it had been cancelled by the restaurant and i got a message "unfortunately, the order could not be fulfilled by the chocolate heaven (Whitefield). Your refund has been initiated and will be credited within 4 hrs for the wallet payments and within 7-10 working days for bank payments we look forward to serve you again." I have paid the using paytm wallet and till now i have not received the refund. I tried to call foodpanda customer support but unfortunately this company doesn't have on call customer support. I tried to message from foodpanda support using foodpanda app and i got a reply after 7-8 minutes "she is looking the issue". Till now no response. (Repeated 3-4 times). After that i mailed on email but till now no one has replied for the refund status. Now i am going to file the case in consumer forum. Order code : u6le-43r4 Was this information helpful? | |||||
