Food Panda — refund problem

My order was cancelled and i did not get my refund and customer care told me refund was initiated and i asked about it and as per your instructions i shared my last one month paytm status also but i still didn't get my refund.

It's already over 10 days i still didn't get my refund and your email didn't even reply me when i complained about it.
No response at all.
