Food Panda — unprofessional behaviour of food panda staff | |||||
My registered email id with food panda is [protected]@gmail.com I live in delhi and have ordered food from one of the resturants named "the feast box" on 3 november 2017. I was just back from work and really hungry and ordered white sauce pasta and chicken chopsuey but pasta was really bad; now i tried to contact food panda but there was no way to have a telephonic conversation so i opted for live chat option. I had chat with three customer care representative namely 1). Risha 2). Aashima 3). Arti They all made me look like a fool and left in middle of the conversation without even actually listening to my problem. Now i am typing this complaint still hungry and still wating for my issue to be resolved. I dont know whose fault is this the resturant which served me the bad food or the company "food panda" who would not even listen to my problem. Food panda actually doesnt even care if there customers are satisfied or not. This was my worst experience and will certainly be my last experince with food panda. At last i have a suggestion for food panda people; please dont treat your customers like # and keep them hungry as we are the one who generate income for you and after this experience of mine you will surely have atleast dozens less customers to satisfy.
