On 24th April 2013. i.e Mahaveer Jayanthy along with my two friends i had been to Mc Donalds Brigade Road, Bangalore.
The bill was around 300+ only, for that they didn't accept card only cash :-(
I had ordered VEG Grill burger and was having along with my friends
Last but 2nd bite, Big sound with in my mouth, i thought my tooth broke out, when i kept finger inside mouth , i was shocked to see a nail, which is almost a inch size.
i took it to branch manager Ms.Shweta Singh, she told she will check with the Quality team and get back to me, she took my e mail and phone no, but as of today SHE didn't get back to me.
after 3 days i wrote a mail to [protected]@mcdonaldsindia.com with in a day a person called and said we are checking on it and will get back to you at the max of 48 Hours. Even this didn't happen after a week time.
Knowingly or unknowingly i forgot to collect the bill from them.
Surprise for me How did it happen to Mc'D and Many of the Indian Students learn from their Case studies and i am shocked to see such a stupid client retention they have.
Any tips or suggestion for me to take this further or shall i drop it.
120 Rs. for a burger where most of money is charged for Service only but didn't get proper service :-(

McDonalds — Burger cause indigestion
My children had chicken burgers yesterday (April 3rd 2012 )at McDonalds at Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta Rd, children are having food poisoning, they are vomiting and also developed loose motions. Can the authorities take action on them?
