I ordered a pizza from a nearby restaurant at 7:30 pm(approx) and never got the delivery but the app shows i got my delivery at 3:16 am which is false. i need an apology and my refund as i paid in advance through paytm . they made me wait for hours falsely assuring me tat my food will arrive which didn't and when i asked for refund they keep redirecting me to different chat windows to different customer support executives. this is not just bad service, they are more than bad they designed their app in a way that the customer will feel assured that they have an active customer support team but they are significantly lacking in that area. if foodpanda professionals are seeing this, i want them to reimburse me for my loss of time and money .
