Foodpanda — issue with food delivery. | |||
I am so frustrated with their service!! I ordered food from near by restaurant, on food panda app with online payment with delivery charges included... When order was tracked it showed confirm and food getting ready. But even after one hour no delivery executive has been assigned. The support people also not responding. Please take some actions against them. They are frauding customer. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have placed orderon28th September at 12:30 but didn't receive it. Try to contact support several time but all gone in vain.

I ordered a product and paid through paytm, even after 5 hours, my order is not even on its way for delivery. For hours the delivery is still on pending and it shows that the delivery boy is on his way to pick up the order and when i track my order it shows me the same thing for like five hours now.
I ordered my food item from food panda and my order code is r8ac-mrta.
I was already tracking my order and then suddenly it shows as delivered but I didn't receive the order.
When I tried contacting the delivery boy It tells that it is a wrong phone no.
