Ford — Engine oil leakage problem of my ford figo car

I have bought ford figo car in 2010, but the car's engine oil was leaking on the very first day. I had complained about this to the dealer and demanded for replacement. But they did not respond at all. Neither they gave me replacement nor they resolved my problem. I consistently requested them for the resolution of my problem but they did not resolve my problem. I also wrote a mail to CEO of ford but i did not get any reply. Finally I fixed my problem on my own. Now at least I want compensation.
