Ford India — ac fan do not stop even after 1 hour

Dear team,

I have purchased ford figo aspire on december 12th 2018 from lakshmi ford in guntur it is my first car but after 30 days i had a problem with my engine turbo fan which does not stop even after the ac is switched off. I had contacted on jan 11 2019 regarding this. The manager and the service team have looked on this issue but has not confirmed what exactly the problem is and when asked about when it will be getting resolved there is no answer from them nor the gm of the ford team. It's been 4 days since the car has been at the dealer ship but there is no ert. This is worst as i have never thought this would happen with ford which is a multinational company and would treat their customers this way. I am really disappointed with ford and hope they could get the issue solved asap.
