I have a complain regarding servicing the car in one of your servicing center . It was observed that one of the spark plug get missed every 3 months and a sound was heard from engine but the service center was unable to diagnose the sound and i was asked to drive for few more days, it went on for 2 years but the service center failed to diagnose . At last decision was taken to check the engine . After keeping my car for2 months in service center i received back the car on 22/09/2020, I was charged Rs.50243/- but the problem was not resolved .The very next day Car was again sent to the service center and till date it is there and now they are saying that another 61000/-will be the estimate because they want to change the Block . I want to know how i am liable to pay the same when i had already paid Rs. 50243/- for the same problem . My Car No. is AS01BF 3728 and the bill No. of the service center which i paid is CRIAK00800GU .Kindly look into the matter seriously since my car is lying in the Service Center since last 6 months only for a sound in engine .
