Ford India — Ford figo aspire sub quality tyres (mrf) fitted in vehicle purchased from muthoot ford in october 2015

The vehicle underwent first service at 2500 km and second service at 9800 km at the service center attached to the dealer (Muthoot ford, calicut).
The unusual wear and tear in all the four mrf tyres was not brought to my notice by the service center. However, by the time the vehicle covered 10, 000 km, the vehicle started giving uncomfortable noise. On approaching the dealer, i was directed to the mrf sales office at calicut. The report of mrf has been submitted to muthoot ford (The dealer). I am annoyed that the service center concealed the matter o[censored]nusual wear and tear to all 4 tyres and does not show necesary concern to address my genuine complaint. I request you to take necessary action to solve the issue (Whether it relates to tyre or to the vehicle)
