Ford India — I am complaining about always dealers giving me fake promises.

I have purchased recently brand ford aspire. We are 200 percentage satisfied with car but the problem was the manager from thanjavur & thiruvarur branch was not keeping the promise. Always they have given us fake promise. When we purchased the car date till we are not received our rc book and registration number.
Every time we have postponed our trip.

We are giving good feedback to other except the customer service. Please consider us we are genuine customer.
