Ford India — I am complaining about product quality

My car Ford figo Aspire 1.5 trend MT Reg no- UP15BY4619 Engine No-FJ21126 purchased on 10.04.2016 and driven approx 3000 km only which got starting trouble on 27 Jan 2017 and lying defective at dealership City Ford Dimapur (Nagaland).
Dealer not considering its repair under warranty stating that FIP, Injectors are failed and we have to bear 50% of amount repair expenses. We have lodged the complaint customer care and got same reply.
We have send the notice to company but but no rely got so for.
please look and update me about the complaint that we can take appropriate action.
