I have fiesta classic duratorq 1.4 tdci
My car started jerking suddenly after running just 23k kms. I went to Tristar ford vizag they said one of the injector has some problem so it need to be replaced and it would cost a total Rs 25000. As I was not able to leave the car that moment so I went after 20 days, they checked some flow graph and said two injectors to be replaced and that would cost 40000+.
How come such a car with...

I got our car serviced on 16/02/2017 at gautam budh ford, noida. It was supposed to be routine service for general check up etc.
At the out set i mentioned that there is small hush hush kind of sound which should be identified and rectified. At the end of the service, i was told that every thing is checked and fine and ok.

From the first impression it appeared like a clutch problem to me. Later the service center called me and told me it is a clutch plate problem. The vehicle was admitted at the " Kairali Ford " in Kollam District of Kerala on 17th Feb 2017 for 20, 000KM service. After service they did wheel balancing followed by wheel alignment. But caster was showing "out by +6 degrees and 12 minutes....

I have booked Ford Ecosport in Dec 2016. It has been 3 months now and I have not received the vehicle yet. Every month the dealer asks for more money than the price given at the time of booking. After receiving the entire payment, they have not given any receipt.
The escalation was to the corporate office but still they dont resolve the issue.
