Dear Sir,

I purchased a Ford Ecosport Titanium from Bhagat Ford Amritsar in November 2015. On 24th of February 2017 my car met with an accident and it was towed to Bhagat Ford's workshop. After completing all the insurance formalities as desired I was promised delivery of my vehicle in 10 days. Today a month has gone by and when I called up the Bhagat Ford guys they are telling me that some of the parts required to repair my car are yet to arrive. How disgusting is it that even after 30 days you have not even been able to procure the parts let alone repair my vehicle. This is highly unprofessional on your part. My job involves a lot of travelling and because of you guys I am suffering since last month but these guys at Bhagat Ford are taking it so lightly. I work for a Bank as a Manager and customers often take advice from me regarding the vehicle they should buy. After this incident I am never going to suggest anyone to buy a Ford again or buy one myself in future unless my concern is looked at on priority basis and resolved as soon as possible. The vehicle registration no is JK02 BN 6411 .

my ford figo aspire tyre was busted in 2900 km, in service center there is no proper response, from 17.03.2017, still my car is in the service centre, still now there is no status, please take necessary action, before i move to consumer court

    I am having ford figo model of 2010. I had given the vehicle to raja sriram ford, tirupati on 14.02.17. They had done the servicing and charged me rs.5217/-. The vehicle did not start on 22.02.17 after servicing. I had tried my level best to start the vehicle for almost 15 minutes, but the vehicle did not start. I do not know, what type of technicians they are maintaining in their work shop. The technicians are not competent enough to service the vehicle. They did not test the steering and gears. The vehicle is moving to right side, if i remove my hands on steering. The vehicle is not able to ride on the ghat road (Tirumala hills, tirupati) in 4th & 5th gear. The vehicle maruthi 800 model 1992 still ride on ghat road in 4th gear, which i am maintaining for the past 25 years. I am very unhappy with ford figo performance. I never expected a product like this from your organisation. The vehicle ran for 23000 kilo meters in a period of 6 years. I am here with attaching the invoice copies, vehicle report card for your reference.

      I have fiesta classic duratorq 1.4 tdci
      My car started jerking suddenly after running just 23k kms. I went to Tristar ford vizag they said one of the injector has some problem so it need to be replaced and it would cost a total Rs 25000. As I was not able to leave the car that moment so I went after 20 days, they checked some flow graph and said two injectors to be replaced and that would cost 40000+.
      How come such a car with reputation have injectors problem just after running 23K kms.
      I am sure my next car will not be Ford, and never recommend ford to anyone.

        I am Hilton, one o[censored]r most valuable customer who is now facing a miserable
        Situation on by buying his dream car ecosport and facing so many technical issue ..
        Let me start from
        First .. Got my dream car ecosport Titanium
        Diesel (Black) 2016 April ... there where so many cars on competitive side where my wife wants me to choose .. but I am very stubborn in choosing this car coz I liked it so much by all aspects ..

        Usage :
        I use my ecosport very rarely .. once in a week.. till now I have driven only 2500 kms in 11 months and ensure to maintain it really well it's kept covered in my parking and ensure to start the car once in three days and dust it ..

        Issue :

        The problem started exactly after three months from purchasing my car .. this is my fourth car I prefer to buy any car which has a service station very close by ..it was MPL ford which was really close by to velachery
        I was facing the front auto window sound and the foul smell from aircon everytime
        I consulted the MPL guys they said they are gonna shutdown the showroom and asked me to contact chennai ford where I bought this car .. I spoke to the chennai ford guys
        Their response was worst also I have to travel 26 kms from my place to reach chennai ford tried once but no assistance
        Explained to them nothing happened.. then came Hans ford I spoke to the person called Balaji he was a supervisor in MPL ford and he told to that we have to observe the problem so we need ur car for three days
        And he directed me to eureka ford
        Where I met Mr Prasad very genuine person
        Who speaks to the point .. by seeing my condition he felt bad and tried to help me after many visits to eureka ford they solved the front auto window issue .. the aircon issue is still unresolved .. he had taken it up with ford officials and they are asking him to get my car to the service center and do the observation for three days and find the solution ... still I am
        Waiting for his appointment

        Concern .:
        My first concern is
        I raised a concern in ford India blog in FB and a person called me and said he will come noting happend after that ..is this the way to handle a customer who bought a 12 lac car from u people .. shuffling between the service center for nine months and donno whom to be contacted ..

        What sort of a customer service ford India has..buying a 12 lac car not even a single time ur customer service guys called me on the getting a feedback from me about my ecosport ..

        And to be very frank me and my family had some breathing issues after we drive the car for an hour coz of the foul smell .. I tried getting many information on this explained to the ford guys .. they jus ignored

        Now I hear from Mr Prasad that it might be a coil issue or something else and even he has experienced the smell and I heard from him that about twenty cars had this issue .. I want to know what ford is doing on this .. jus selling the technical fault cars to the customers by cheating them .. really regretting on why I bought this car coz I am
        Now answerable to my family .. I even had Honda, Suzuki, VW I haven't faced such a worst situation from them, their customer service is really good .. now I have been forced to sell my car for following reason

        Poor customer service
        Lack of service centers availability inside the city
        Poor technical knowledge for the ford technicians
        Selling a faulty cars to the customer with lot of discounts
        Approachability is worst
        Ignorance on the critical issues

        I am jus saying this in a disheartening way.. coz I bought this car with a lot of expectations and from my hard earned money .. but ford cheated me .. I am not gonna leave this here .. I will be taking this to the next level .. even I will go to court if I am
        Not getting any solution on this ..

          Sub: engine no: majaxxmrta2847166 regn. No:ka 22 n 2778 model 2002

          With ref. To the above said ford-saloon-ikon with me for the past seven years
          For the past seven years i changed a-z all the parts i. E some of them originals, few of them from second hand, near about i met rs.7 lakhs.

          You are requested to arrange a investigation though your dealer in trichy
          And do the needful, since i am serving the same at at trichy dealer workshop.

          If i am not get a proper response, i will approach consumer form/court
          Trichy or otherwise i will go in front of your trichy dealer workshop
          Call all the public and media set fire the above said ford_ikon car to be ruined.

          This is my prayer.

            I am owner of 2010 diesel figo and have run just 40000 kms in 7 years. However, last two year I am experiencing failure of major parts without any apparent reasons and I have already spent about 50000 Rs. in 2 years on replacing / servicing. Now I have a fuel pump problem in the vehicle again for no apparent reason and I understand the cost of replacement is prohibitive. The company (Ford India) and the service center (Mody Ford Nagole) are actually cheating on the parts and the labour. I suspect the car computer is programmed to generate regular failures. The cost of ownership of the vehicle is prohibitive and I intend to get rid of the vehicle soon. I suggest that no one should buy a ford vehicle...any model. In fact all these major foreign car suppliers follow the same policy. Please check before buying. They are simply fleecing the customers.

              I had booked cherry red colour car Ford Aspire1.5D Titanium at Cargo Motors Gujarat Pvt Ltd vadodara on 24.02.2017 with booking amount of rs 11000 vide receipt no 2989 attached
              At time of booking concern sales consultant and manager assured will get delivery in 4 to 5day or if you need today will bring from Ahemdabad showroom on good faith i told ok take time . Futher i was been told do the payment before 28 feb for which i made .
              When i went to take delivery after 4 day i got response not at promise it was told at present this model car is not avaible will take time said by the consultant sales person

              I met then with senoir person Mr Vyas describe the committement made at the time of booking . Also told Vyas it ok what ever happen you keep my delivery of my car ready on 16 th March but still date i have not received any response from Ford
              At the time of booking i was comitted discount price 788365 =00

              Hope Cargo motor wiill take care of delivery of my booked car by tomorrow .Else request to process the cancellation with interest and cancellation charge which i am bearing on my car loan .
              as cancellation for not fulfill the committement on time .

                नमस्कार, मेरा नाम दिलखुश कुमार पिता श्री पवन खान पता निकट मणि तारा स्कूल बनगांव दक्षिण बनगांव सहरसा बिहार 852212 है | मै अभी सहरसा सहर अंतर्गत बसे छोटी-छोटी गांवों एवं कस्बों में 24 घंटे टेक्सी सेवा का संचालन कर रहा हूँ, यहाँ के नागरिकों को लगभग ऑटो जितना किराये में सुरक्षित और बेहतर सेवा दे रहा हूँ | अपने मन में एक सपने पाल रखा हूँ की हर वो गाँव कस्बे जो यातायात कि क्षेत्र में अपने को विकाश से दूर देखता है उस गाँव को 24 घंटे यातायात की सुविधा मुहैया करवाना है | किसी भी क्षेत्र के लिए विकाश का पहला पहलु होता है यातायात व्यवस्था, अगर यातायात की व्यवस्था सुचारू ढंग से बेहतर हो जाय तो उस क्षेत्र का विकास स्वतः अपनी गति से होने लगता है |
                विषय:- प्रेमा फोर्ड पटना के द्दारा मेरे साथ हुवा ठगी के संबंध में
                टेक्सी क्षेत्र में आने से पूर्व मेरा पटना सहर में कंस्ट्रक्शन विभाग में ठेकेदारी का काम था | मुझे एक कार खरीदने का मन किया तो मै Prema Ford, Kumhrar Naya Tola Patna 800026 Patna के यहाँ गया जहाँ मुझे फौर्ड इकोसपोर्ट पसंद आया | बातचीत के दरम्यान जब लोन की बात आई तो मैंने कहा मै अपने गाँव से किशी सरकारी बैंक से अपना लोन करवाने का कोशिस करूँगा | Prema Ford का सेल्स ऑफिसर कमलजीत कुमार के काफी कन्विंस करने पर मै Magma Fincorp Limited से लोन करवाने के लिए तैयार हो गया और मै अपना सारा बात की मै पटना का बासिन्दा नहीं हूँ, मेरा यहाँ अपना मकान नहीं है और मै यहाँ किराये पर रहता हूँ | मुझे कहने लगा कोई बात नहीं डीएसए अपने आदमी के पास है वो आपका लोन कर देगा आप अपने गाँव का ही जरुरी कागजात दे देना, आपको ज्यादा भाग-दोड़ कि जरुरत नहीं पड़ेगा | सारा काम वो खुद करवा देंगे बस आपको गाड़ी लेने के लिए ही यहाँ आना होगा | मै तैयार हो गया फिर उन्होंने हमें Magma Fincorp Limited के अभिषेक सुमन से बात कराइ उन्होंने कहा आप अपना सारा डाक्यूमेंट्स हमें हमारे ईमेल [protected]@rediffmail.com पर भेज दें आपका लोन हो जायेगा| मै वापस अपने घर गया ओर जो भी कागजात का मांग किया गया था सारा कागजात अभिषेक सुमन के ईमेल पर भेज दिया | एक दिन बाद मेरे पटना स्थित अस्थाई पते पर Magma Fincorp Limited से आशुतोष जी और अभिषेक सुमन जी एड्रेस सत्यापित करने के लिए पहुंचे और कुछ बातचीत करने के बाद यह भरोषा दिलाकर चले गए की आपका लोन हो जायेगा आपको किनता लोन चाहिए | मै बोला 350000 मेरे पास है और जो रेस्ट अमाउंट है वो मुझे लोन के रूप में चाहिए | इतनी बातचीत होने के बाद अभिषेक जी और आशुतोष जी चले गये|
                कुछ देर बाद अभिषेक सुमन का फ़ोन मेरे नंबर पर आया और मुझे पटना स्थित मोर्या लॉक कॉप्लेक्स बुलाया गया | मेरे वह पहुँचने के बाद देखा की अभिषेक सुमन और प्रेमा फौर्ड के सेल्स ऑफिसर कमलजीत एक साथ वहां मेरा इंतजार कर रहे है | मै पहुंचा और बातचीत होने लगी, मुझे अभिषेक सुमन ने कहा की आप इससे पहले कभी कोई लोन लिए है मेरा जवाव हाँ था क्योंकि कुछ महीने पहले मै एक दोपहिया वाहन अपने नाम खरीद कर भाई को गिफ्ट किया था | फिर उन्होंने मुझे पुछा आप जो लोन लिए हो उसका किस्ती टाइम से जाता है ना? मै हर महीने टाइम से अपना लोन चूका रहा था इसलिए हाँ कह दिया| उन्होंने कहा कल सुबह आप कार के मध्य में जो मर्जिंग मणि जमा करना है वो कर दीजियेगा दो दिन में आपको कार मिल जायेगा| मुझे सुबह काम पे जल्दी जाना था तो मै कहा कल नहीं पर्षों कर दूंगा| अभिषेक जी कहने लगे कोई बात नहीं अगर हो सके तो आज ही कर दीजिये| मेरे घर में पैसा परा हुवा था जो मै बहुत मेहनत से कमाया था | मै कहा ठीक है मै अभी घर जाकर पैसे ले आता हूँ| तभी अभिषेक जी कहने लगे कोई बात नहीं कमलजीत के पास लेपटोप है ही वो आपके साथ चले जाएँगे आप इन्हे पैसा दे दीजियेगा और ये आपको ऑनलाइन रिसिप्ट दे देंगे |
                मै वापस अपने घर गया और अभिषेक सुमन के कहने पर Prema Ford का सेल्स ऑफिसर कमलजीत को अपना मर्जिंग मणि 350000 दे दिया और उन्होंने प्रिंट आउट करवा कर मुझे रिसिप्ट दे दिया फिर मै अपने काम पर चला गया |
                अगले दिन मुझे फिर मोर्या लोक कॉप्लेक्स बुलाया गया | मै काम पर था मुझे आने में देर लगती तो मै शाम के 8 बजे का समय माँगा और मुझे आठ बजे का समय मिल गया |
                जब मै वहां पहुंचे तो Magma Fincorp Limited अभिषेक सुमन अपना बैग से एक फाइल निकाले और मुझे कहने लगे दिलखुश भाई आप अपना पेपर साइन कर दो कल ऑफिस में जमा करना है | मै वाही एग्रीमेंट पेपर पर साइन कर दिया| और फिर वहां से अपने घर आ गया| अगले दिन फिर मुझे अभिषेक जी का फ़ोन आया कहने लगे दिलखुश भाई आपका पेपर कमजोर है इसलिए आपको फोर्ड इकोस्पोर्ट गाड़ी नहीं दे पाएंगे आप कोई दुसरी गाड़ी ले लो | आपको तिन वर्ष ही लोन देना परेगा | मुझे थोरा बहुत तकलीफ हुवा और फिर मै उनसे कहा ठीक है मुझे मारुती स्विफ्ट डिजायर ही करवा दीजिये | अभिषेक जी मुझे फौर्ड एस्पायर कार के लिए जिद्द किये तो मै इंटरनेट पर देखने के बाद हाँ कहदिया | अगले दिन शोरुम प्रेमा फौर्ड पटना गया जहाँ मेरा गाड़ी Ford aspier AMBITON DESIEL जिसका कीमत 730000 लगभग है तैयार हो रहा था सारी कागजी करवाई के बाद मुझे दो हजार और देने थे जो मै वहां जमा कर गाड़ी ले आया |
                फिर एक सप्ताह का प्रोग्राम मेरा गाँव का बना और मै गाँव आ गया | वापस जाने के बाद मुझे आशुतोष जी (मेग्मा) से पता चला की मुझपर फोर्ड इकोस्पोर्ट TITENIUM DESIEL जिसका कीमत लगभग 1100000 है पर लोन 767000 रूपए दिया गया है| मेरे साथ ठगी किया गया| जब मै अपना वेलकम किट माँगा तो सच्चाई सामने आया |
                जब इस बात की शिकायत मै Prema Ford वालों से किया तो वहां मुझे पता चला की मेरे साथ कमलजीत और अभिषेक सुमन जी चिट किये है | जब उनसे इस मुद्दे पर बात किये तो उल्टा मुझे ही यह कहकर डराना धमकाना शुरु कर दिया गया की आपका कोई एक दो पेपर जाली लगवा दिया हूँ, अपना मुह बंद करो नहीं तो तुम पर भी जाली कागजात देने के जुर्म में पुलिस केस कर देंगे |
                मै चुप नहीं रहा एगेंसी वालों को कोर्ट से नोटिस करवाया जिसका अवाब संतुस्ट जनक नहीं था उनका जवाब आया की यह घटना सिर्फ आपके साथ नहीं घटी है जनवरी से अप्रिल तक जितनी भी गारी मेग्मा के अभिषेक सुमन और हमारे सेल्समेन कमलजीत ने बेचीं वो सब में कुछ न कुछ चिट हुवा है| मै अपने सेल्समेन कमलजीत पर क्रिमिनल केस कर दिया हूँ आप मेग्मा में शिकायत करो |
                जब मैग्मा में यह सवाल किया गया तो मुझे यह जवाब मिला की अभिषेक सुमन का डीएसए रद्द कर दिया गया है आप कार एगेंसी पर केश करो |

                आज मेरा नया व्यपार स्टार्टिंग स्टेज में है किसी महीने बचत होती है किसी महीने नुकसान फिरभी जैसे होता है मै अपना लोन चुकाने के लिए प्रयाश करते रहते है |
                अभी पिछले चार महीने से नया व्यापार के कारन मेरे ऊपर लोन का लगबग 38000 ओवर duse हो गया है | जिसके कारन मुझे सुबह शाम मैग्मा के कार्यालय से मानसिक प्रतारणा दी जाती है| कभी गारी उठाने की तो कभी केस करने की | क्या यह उचित है ? क्या मेरा ये स्थिति करने में मेग्मा जिम्मेदार नहीं है? क्या कर्जदार भूखे सोये और कर्ज चुकाते रहे यही उचित है?
                मै सब कुछ एक हादसा समझ कर भूलना चाहता हूँ, क्योंकि मै अपना भविष्य तलाश रहा हूँ औए अतीत में लगे रहना मुर्खता है|
                इस घटना के कारण मै बहुत कुछ खो चूका हूँ, मेरा बसा बना आशियान उजड़ चूका है|
                अतः श्रीमान से निवेदन है इस घटना को अपने स्तर से जाँच करे और दोषी पे उचित करवाई करने की कृपा करे ताकि कल फिर कोई नया ग्राहक मेरी तरह ठगी का शिकार न हो | और हो सके तो अपनी स्तर से मुझे न्याय दिलाने की कृपा करे |

                नमस्कार, मेरा नाम दिलखुश कुमार पिता श्री पवन खान पता निकट मणि तारा स्कूल बनगांव दक्षिण बनगांव सहरसा बिहार 852212 है | मै अभी सहरसा सहर अंतर्गत बसे छोटी-छोटी गांवों एवं कस्बों में 24 घंटे टेक्सी सेवा का संचालन कर रहा हूँ, यहाँ के नागरिकों को लगभग ऑटो जितना किराये में सुरक्षित और बेहतर सेवा दे रहा हूँ | अपने मन में एक सपने पाल रखा हूँ की हर वो गाँव कस्बे जो यातायात कि क्षेत्र में अपने को विकाश से दूर देखता है उस गाँव को 24 घंटे यातायात की सुविधा मुहैया करवाना है | किसी भी क्षेत्र के लिए विकाश का पहला पहलु होता है यातायात व्यवस्था, अगर यातायात की व्यवस्था सुचारू ढंग से बेहतर हो जाय तो उस क्षेत्र का विकास स्वतः अपनी गति से होने लगता है |
                विषय:- प्रेमा फोर्ड पटना के द्दारा मेरे साथ हुवा ठगी के संबंध में
                टेक्सी क्षेत्र में आने से पूर्व मेरा पटना सहर में कंस्ट्रक्शन विभाग में ठेकेदारी का काम था | मुझे एक कार खरीदने का मन किया तो मै Prema Ford, Kumhrar Naya Tola Patna 800026 Patna के यहाँ गया जहाँ मुझे फौर्ड इकोसपोर्ट पसंद आया | बातचीत के दरम्यान जब लोन की बात आई तो मैंने कहा मै अपने गाँव से किशी सरकारी बैंक से अपना लोन करवाने का कोशिस करूँगा | Prema Ford का सेल्स ऑफिसर कमलजीत कुमार के काफी कन्विंस करने पर मै Magma Fincorp Limited से लोन करवाने के लिए तैयार हो गया और मै अपना सारा बात की मै पटना का बासिन्दा नहीं हूँ, मेरा यहाँ अपना मकान नहीं है और मै यहाँ किराये पर रहता हूँ | मुझे कहने लगा कोई बात नहीं डीएसए अपने आदमी के पास है वो आपका लोन कर देगा आप अपने गाँव का ही जरुरी कागजात दे देना, आपको ज्यादा भाग-दोड़ कि जरुरत नहीं पड़ेगा | सारा काम वो खुद करवा देंगे बस आपको गाड़ी लेने के लिए ही यहाँ आना होगा | मै तैयार हो गया फिर उन्होंने हमें Magma Fincorp Limited के अभिषेक सुमन से बात कराइ उन्होंने कहा आप अपना सारा डाक्यूमेंट्स हमें हमारे ईमेल [protected]@rediffmail.com पर भेज दें आपका लोन हो जायेगा| मै वापस अपने घर गया ओर जो भी कागजात का मांग किया गया था सारा कागजात अभिषेक सुमन के ईमेल पर भेज दिया | एक दिन बाद मेरे पटना स्थित अस्थाई पते पर Magma Fincorp Limited से आशुतोष जी और अभिषेक सुमन जी एड्रेस सत्यापित करने के लिए पहुंचे और कुछ बातचीत करने के बाद यह भरोषा दिलाकर चले गए की आपका लोन हो जायेगा आपको किनता लोन चाहिए | मै बोला 350000 मेरे पास है और जो रेस्ट अमाउंट है वो मुझे लोन के रूप में चाहिए | इतनी बातचीत होने के बाद अभिषेक जी और आशुतोष जी चले गये|
                कुछ देर बाद अभिषेक सुमन का फ़ोन मेरे नंबर पर आया और मुझे पटना स्थित मोर्या लॉक कॉप्लेक्स बुलाया गया | मेरे वह पहुँचने के बाद देखा की अभिषेक सुमन और प्रेमा फौर्ड के सेल्स ऑफिसर कमलजीत एक साथ वहां मेरा इंतजार कर रहे है | मै पहुंचा और बातचीत होने लगी, मुझे अभिषेक सुमन ने कहा की आप इससे पहले कभी कोई लोन लिए है मेरा जवाव हाँ था क्योंकि कुछ महीने पहले मै एक दोपहिया वाहन अपने नाम खरीद कर भाई को गिफ्ट किया था | फिर उन्होंने मुझे पुछा आप जो लोन लिए हो उसका किस्ती टाइम से जाता है ना? मै हर महीने टाइम से अपना लोन चूका रहा था इसलिए हाँ कह दिया| उन्होंने कहा कल सुबह आप कार के मध्य में जो मर्जिंग मणि जमा करना है वो कर दीजियेगा दो दिन में आपको कार मिल जायेगा| मुझे सुबह काम पे जल्दी जाना था तो मै कहा कल नहीं पर्षों कर दूंगा| अभिषेक जी कहने लगे कोई बात नहीं अगर हो सके तो आज ही कर दीजिये| मेरे घर में पैसा परा हुवा था जो मै बहुत मेहनत से कमाया था | मै कहा ठीक है मै अभी घर जाकर पैसे ले आता हूँ| तभी अभिषेक जी कहने लगे कोई बात नहीं कमलजीत के पास लेपटोप है ही वो आपके साथ चले जाएँगे आप इन्हे पैसा दे दीजियेगा और ये आपको ऑनलाइन रिसिप्ट दे देंगे |
                मै वापस अपने घर गया और अभिषेक सुमन के कहने पर Prema Ford का सेल्स ऑफिसर कमलजीत को अपना मर्जिंग मणि 350000 दे दिया और उन्होंने प्रिंट आउट करवा कर मुझे रिसिप्ट दे दिया फिर मै अपने काम पर चला गया |
                अगले दिन मुझे फिर मोर्या लोक कॉप्लेक्स बुलाया गया | मै काम पर था मुझे आने में देर लगती तो मै शाम के 8 बजे का समय माँगा और मुझे आठ बजे का समय मिल गया |
                जब मै वहां पहुंचे तो Magma Fincorp Limited अभिषेक सुमन अपना बैग से एक फाइल निकाले और मुझे कहने लगे दिलखुश भाई आप अपना पेपर साइन कर दो कल ऑफिस में जमा करना है | मै वाही एग्रीमेंट पेपर पर साइन कर दिया| और फिर वहां से अपने घर आ गया| अगले दिन फिर मुझे अभिषेक जी का फ़ोन आया कहने लगे दिलखुश भाई आपका पेपर कमजोर है इसलिए आपको फोर्ड इकोस्पोर्ट गाड़ी नहीं दे पाएंगे आप कोई दुसरी गाड़ी ले लो | आपको तिन वर्ष ही लोन देना परेगा | मुझे थोरा बहुत तकलीफ हुवा और फिर मै उनसे कहा ठीक है मुझे मारुती स्विफ्ट डिजायर ही करवा दीजिये | अभिषेक जी मुझे फौर्ड एस्पायर कार के लिए जिद्द किये तो मै इंटरनेट पर देखने के बाद हाँ कहदिया | अगले दिन शोरुम प्रेमा फौर्ड पटना गया जहाँ मेरा गाड़ी Ford aspier AMBITON DESIEL जिसका कीमत 730000 लगभग है तैयार हो रहा था सारी कागजी करवाई के बाद मुझे दो हजार और देने थे जो मै वहां जमा कर गाड़ी ले आया |
                फिर एक सप्ताह का प्रोग्राम मेरा गाँव का बना और मै गाँव आ गया | वापस जाने के बाद मुझे आशुतोष जी (मेग्मा) से पता चला की मुझपर फोर्ड इकोस्पोर्ट TITENIUM DESIEL जिसका कीमत लगभग 1100000 है पर लोन 767000 रूपए दिया गया है| मेरे साथ ठगी किया गया| जब मै अपना वेलकम किट माँगा तो सच्चाई सामने आया |
                जब इस बात की शिकायत मै Prema Ford वालों से किया तो वहां मुझे पता चला की मेरे साथ कमलजीत और अभिषेक सुमन जी चिट किये है | जब उनसे इस मुद्दे पर बात किये तो उल्टा मुझे ही यह कहकर डराना धमकाना शुरु कर दिया गया की आपका कोई एक दो पेपर जाली लगवा दिया हूँ, अपना मुह बंद करो नहीं तो तुम पर भी जाली कागजात देने के जुर्म में पुलिस केस कर देंगे |
                मै चुप नहीं रहा एगेंसी वालों को कोर्ट से नोटिस करवाया जिसका अवाब संतुस्ट जनक नहीं था उनका जवाब आया की यह घटना सिर्फ आपके साथ नहीं घटी है जनवरी से अप्रिल तक जितनी भी गारी मेग्मा के अभिषेक सुमन और हमारे सेल्समेन कमलजीत ने बेचीं वो सब में कुछ न कुछ चिट हुवा है| मै अपने सेल्समेन कमलजीत पर क्रिमिनल केस कर दिया हूँ आप मेग्मा में शिकायत करो |
                जब मैग्मा में यह सवाल किया गया तो मुझे यह जवाब मिला की अभिषेक सुमन का डीएसए रद्द कर दिया गया है आप कार एगेंसी पर केश करो |

                    Have new figo Jan 2016 withing 1 week self got faulty then engine mounting then tyres then power windows now I have an issue of battery draining out abruptly . car has been given at MGS FORD (UP32GU3672) Iam. getting only lame excuses that even if blower is switch on for a 1 min when car is not started battery will drain..this is purely lame excuse and trying put all blame on consumer ..car has been faulty from day 1 and now they are denying any claim on it.’’

                      I brought ford ecosport in the year of 2014.At 37000kms odo, some problem arised and my car's engine shortblock got replaced under warranty.The duration was 2 months.And again at 55000kms odo, turbo got replaced under warranty but the diagnosed problem was same as earlier.Duration was 1 month.And again at 67000kms, alternator along with battery got replaced under warranty.And 79500kms odo, same problem arised and they did something to cover it up.Now at 82000 kms, car engine completely drained and black smoke evolving. So i want justice for this.I cannot give it to service center again.

                        Dealer not considering its repair under warranty stating that FIP, Injectors are failed and we have to bear 50% of amount repair expenses. We have lodged the complaint customer care and got same reply.br...

                        This was the first Free Service (2500 km) .I have to tell you i am really disappointed with the service which was provided at Cauvery Ford Binny Mills service station.Nothing was checked .I had clearly explained about the problem about the rear door indicator not working and only at the time of handover was the same checked .The car was not properly cleaned underneath and i had to stand and make them do the same.The worst part is that while cleaning the final time, they have used some super powerful thinner which has caused ugly looking bubbles to form on the inner consul.

                          I, Aweg Choubey the owner of Ford Figo ASIPRE, Registration no. MP-09-CT-5421 had given my car for service at Sai Sakshi Ford in Wakad, Pune.

                          I had faced many issued after the service which was not expected at all after this being the second service.

                          I had asked them to take care of many changes but nothing was done up to the mark and it was almost incomplete.

                          Here are the few problems which had asked them to solve but wasn’t taken care of at all.

                          I had asked them to loosen my doorhandles as getting hard to open, i had also asked them to check my cars engine oil as there was smoke coming out from the exhaust which shouldn’t come this being my cars second service and its been hardly 8 months and i don’t think any new car would remove this kind of smoke when accelerating. I had also asked them to loosen up my steering as it had become a bit hard but unfortunately that was also not taken care of, infant they said that everything is perfectly fine and no changes had to be made but whereas i wanted those changes my car just the way i bought it but nothing was taken care of.

                          So i would like you to take the actions and make it as soon as possible.

                            I got our car serviced on 16/02/2017 at gautam budh ford, noida. It was supposed to be routine service for general check up etc.
                            At the out set i mentioned that there is small hush hush kind of sound which should be identified and rectified. At the end of the service, i was told that every thing is checked and fine and ok.

                            I came back home (I stay at greater noida about 30 kms away from the gautam budh ford) and soon after (I use the vehicle very scarcely) noticed the same problem continuing, additionally the connecting wire to one of the speakers in the trunk were snapped due to some careless cleaning etc. One of my friends pointed out that the hush hush noise is due to some bearings getting worn out.
                            This is the quality of job done by your dealer. It is a very frustrating and disappointing experience.
                            Now i want that you should ask the dealer to fix my both problems when i happen to visit them next.

I went to Prem ford an authrized dealer in Agra, they told me that it is manufacturing problem of ford compney. They also not give me any satisfactory answer so i m facing very much problem with this mattet. Please short out my problem . i have also complained to your costomer care but not any type of satisfactory answer. Please solv my problem as soon as possible. My figo car is in prem ford workshop at this time. Thanks.

                                I gave my new ford figo to SC Ford Vasai service center on 30/01/2017 for its 2nd servicing which si apart of the service package that ford offers in all its advertising. The car was 9 months old and in excellent condition when I left it at the service center. I was expecting a call from the service center to pick up my serviced car within the allotted time[protected]. When I did not receive a call I got slightly worried and went to the service center myself. I was shocked to see my car in this state (please see the image) when I asked for an explanation I was told that the tire burst which led to this accident. However, on investigation via the Apollo tires team, they have discovered that the tire was cut which could be a reason due to a high speed accident impact. Ford service center team claim that the car was at a speed of 60-70 Km whereas the driver informed me directly that the car was being driven at 90-100 Kms/hr. The Ford Service center team is insisting on me filing for an insurance claim as the only solution for this current situation. In case I file for a claim, they will repair the car with the insurance claim money but I will be left with a car that was damaged by no fault of mine and will have to go through the trouble of the claim. If I do this, the 9 month old car will have no resale value in the market which means a complete loss for a person like me who has taken excellent care of my car from the day I brought it home. My only mistake here is trusting a well-known automobile brand like Ford for servicing my car as per norms and regulations. I would request an urgent intervention from a higher authority at Ford India to replace my car and save me from this mental and physical torture that I am currently being put through. There is no one other than the Ford service center team responsible for the current state of my car

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I have purchased a brand new ford ecosport (Trend - Diesel) yesterday from Noida ford under name of Priyanka Singh. I have booked ford trend as per the features mentioned under brochure provided by ford representatives, and i selected trend model as per my choice.

                                  Now after delivery, i can see several features are missing (back tray, driver seat height adjustment, back wiper). Ford representatives are saying its as per new features in brochure for 2017, and they are also not aware about it.. But no one informed me about changes in new model, so that i can re-verify my requirements and make necessary amendments. Also how is it possible that ford representatives are also not aware about the changes in model.

                                  Seeking a prompt response from ford team, and fix this issue.

                                    Dear concern,

                                    I would like to bring your attention regarding on serious & common problem with ford ecosport. The clutch become quit harder and its not working properly. From the first impression it appeared like a clutch problem to me. Later the service center called me and told me it is a clutch plate problem. They told me it is my fault, i don't know proper driving, you use clutch too much and company told they wont pay for it and i should bear the expenses.

                                    I drive my car single handed around 66000 km till date and i replaced my clutch plate two times. I have 11 years of driving experience and driven more than 20 lakh km and have not faced similar issues in other cars but service center clowns had the nerve to blame to me for the clutch problem. This is definitely a case of faulty clutch plates. Kindly help me in this case as the replacement charges are very high and fault is not on my side.

                                    I think there is drastically some problem in ecosport clutch, as i see so many owners are complaining about clutch problem. Now this is the time company has to seriously look into the matter rather pointing fingers on the customers. Its better to recall and check for the problem.

                                    I know very well you guys would not be surprised to see this email because same issue already raised by many customers & you guys are master and know how to handle your customers. You should try to investigate the problem in proper manner instead of start point out and blame game with your customers. This type o[censored]nprofessional and arrogant attitude definitely will effect your business sooner or later. I am going to share some data here and see how you guys are serious and capable to resolve your customer complaints.

                                    The customers would not expect this kind of response from such good reputed company.

                                      Hi Ford,

                                      I have bought ECOSPORT from elite on Mar 22 2016.Recently, I started seeing a problem with my tail door/boot door.I could not open the door.When I checked with elite, one engineer said a latch problem and needs repalcement.After 2 days I gave the car for service on 13/02/2017 .the second free service, I have told about the boot door jam.They serviced the car and returned my car by doing all the other stuff the same day i.e 13/02/2017, they could not repair the rear door latch issue.They told me the latch will be available in 3 days to come from chennai. I am still waiting for the latch to come (today is 24/02/2017).Is there a way, I can go and buy this part in chennai or I can ask some of my realtives to deliver it to me.
                                      Another question is, my car is still under standard wararnty, will the latch can be replaced under waranty.The latch issue is not due to the accident.

                                      FORD you are spending a lot of money on ads, I some how convinced one of my coleague to buy the new figo, now after listening to this, he is not showing any interest.The car is good, but the service issue need to be resolved.

                                      This is not the first time it happend, what ever you ask they say it has to come from chennai :-)

                                      Sent an email to elite ford and cced to the ford complaints.the latch issue is resolved.i took 6 months time to write this.To actually not see this issue again.And they did a good job.the issue is gone.my service exp so far with ford is very good.the car is excellent.

                                      I have received a call from FORD india on 16/02/2017.I have raised the same to them.then after 4 days I recieved a call from elite and they said they will look into this.Never got any call after that.
