I have purchased my Ford EcoSport in October 2013. My car got so many parts changed since than. I had purchased 2+2 years extended warranty from them. My car got following problems since the completion of four year.
1. Passenger side door lock out of function at the time of delivery of my serviced car by their employee( November 2017). I asked for new lock, they have not given it immediately and took 40days to bring new from Chennai.i paid for that. After 3 months in March 2018 driver door lock out of fuctionable. I replaced it at my cost. Before 6 months suspensions, disc of break system, gear knob attachment with gear Bex, combination switch for power window were changed. The Color of bonnet (hood) faded and repabred.
Now since last one week driver side back door lock is out of function.( 3rd out of 4 door lock) is not working.i sent 4-5 mails to FORD INDIA fircpoir quality of their accessories .No satisfactory answer to my problem. I asked for free parts due to their poor quality product use, but they are denying.
The worst part is they don't have any manual thing to hold the door, one has to tie it with some anchor inside to close the door. If it happens during your tour you have to hold it manually risking own life.Their service centre and ford ndia have no technical answer to it.I found big breach in safety for passenger and user as far as this thing is concern.
I want justice from Ford for their poor quality and irresponsible behaviour and bad service till date.
