I feel my car was much better before the service done. So crazy, people just want to make money by changing good condition parts, they don't worry about the customer satisfaction. They only worry about how much revenue they are giving to their boss, so that they get good salary and name. I doubt, do they have professional floor staff, because people in small garages are talented than people working in "authorised service center". I strongly recommend to get service from unauthorized service centers, they are much better. So irresponsible people work in authorised service center.

    Dear sir/madam,
    From last few days i was heard tik tik type noise coming from my windshield & dashboard, when i was go to service center, he tell me that this type of noise generate due to fitment problem. He will repair this noise but he will charge amount excluding warranty charges. My car still in warranty period.
    Also many time contact to customer care through customer care number but still no support given from your side.
    Need your support that if this noise generated due to fitment problem why should i get paid this.
    Please attend my problem on high importance & rectify as soon as possible.

      I meet an incident last month and my front right tire was blown and i changed the tire and though i felt some problem with that then i left the car for service in pondichery ford service station they changed the alloy wheels and lower arm and told that the car was okay now but when i get the car in my hand i felt that same issue then i asked service technician now they're saying that "two more spares worn out so you need to change them too" already i felt really hard without my car for last one week now i need spend two more weeks with car i really disappointed with your service

      My Ecosford was serviced on 8thjune2019 .I asked for the service description they did not provide.they made the bill through system and write the total amount by hand.l forced to pay a highly rateof Rs8000 telling that next service is free.then why can't you say that we took two service charges together with interest.lam not at all satisfied

        GREETINGS FOR THE DAY!

        I bought a Ford Ecosport on March 11 2019 from a dealorship near me since
        then i have been facing problems with the car, i would like to mention them
        point-wise:

        :- The very same day of buying the car a tyre got bursted and alloy got bent

        :- On the 17th of March 2019, 6 days from buying the car two more tyres got
        bursted and an alloy bent (second in a week). I soughted help of your road
        side assistant team for which they asked money which i denied as it was a
        new car and was covered under road side assistance policy which they after
        45 minutes got rectified( this all is happening at around 2:00 hours
        midnight and i am with my family on an unknown empty road on country-side).
        Good thing they replaced tyres and an alloy wheel was replaced which was
        bent, the other one was slightly bent which they said let it go it would
        work(leaving me on God's will).

        :- Then on 11 april(the car is a month old now) i got myself locked in the
        car with my 8 year old son i had to get out of the window unlock it from
        outside and then got my son out of the car, then took the car to Dwarka
        ford Matiala extention delhi to know they do not have tools to diagnose the
        car(intresting to hear from an authorised ford dealor), had to take the
        risk of driving the car almost 300 km to Jaipur and then guys from
        dealorship diagnosed the car and found out there was some manufacturing
        defect with some pin in central locking/ electronics (details in trail
        mail) which they supposedly fixed up.

        :- Then on June 10, 2019 i got locked inside the car again with my family
        this time the same way i had to get out of the window and unlock from
        outside called ford india got the vehicle picked up, then for a week they
        diagnosed the problem (7 days to diagnose a problem seriously) then i got a
        call yesterday that my car's electric wiring and other parts have to be
        changed.

        This is my entire experience with my 4 months old car, i've been driving
        cars since last almost a decade, i've had 3 three cars never ever faced a
        single issue.

        I totally deny to accept any electronic part changes to my car as you can
        understand the difference between fitment at service station and
        manufacturing plant.

        My concern is the safety of my family and myself, also would like to hear
        from you, why are your guys defaming a renowned brand like Ford (
        manufacturers of first car in human history).

        I had a word with the legal advisor he suggested me to first write to
        higher authority that's one reason i am sharing this all over again as i
        think this needs to be brought to your notice.

            Hello,

            My Car with number 6833 having smoke issue. Hence, visited Harpreet Ford (Moti Nager) Service station on 25th May 2019. They told me it will be fixed in 5 to 6 days. Every time when I call, they reply we are still working on this. It’s being 23 days when I submitted by car. I just fed up with FORD and Harpreet Ford service station.

              I got an accident yesterday at 1445 hours with my Ford figo. I immediately called Ford RSA. My complaint registered at 1530 hours. I was with my wife and kids ( 4 & 2 years old). There was nothing on the road. No hotels, no water, no food but I was assured by RSA that the towing vehicle will reach within 360 minutes which is 2130 hours but the towing vehicle reached at the location at 0015 hours today. I immediately paid the amount they asked for with the link they shared with the help of a stranger who was passing by because there was no internet at the accident location. I and my family waited for extra 3 hours and there was no word from anyone from Ford. Today again I received a call asking to pay more amount because the cargo Ford they suggested do not accept the accidental case. Is this my fault, I have been given warning that if the payment is not made within 10 minutes they my car will be left on the road because they have lots of work to do. My vehicle number is GJ12CP2299. complaint number is X[protected]IND. This is the worst kind of situation I am dealing with. I trusted and appreciated Ford but what I have received in return is unimaginable and unforgivable. Ford, you just have lost a loyal customer because your 10 minutes are considered more valuable than my 3 hours.

                malfunction of door locks in ecosport suv

                I have purchased my Ford EcoSport in October 2013. My car got so many parts changed since than. I had purchased 2+2 years extended warranty from them. My car got following problems since the completion of four year.
                1. Passenger side door lock out of function at the time of delivery of my serviced car by their employee( November 2017). I asked for new lock, they have not given it immediately and took 40days to bring...

                I Hemachandran residing in Bangalore was a proud owner of Ford Fiesta until last year. From past 2-3 services I notice that dealer who services my car is not prompt in fixing the stated issue. I started experiencing poor service from the dealer CAUVERY FORD (Near Binny Mills, Bangalore). I wanted to share my experience with this dealer.

                I have raised complaint during my service regarding AC not working as expected. Its running but all of a sudden it heats up the cabin. Basically it keeps oscillating and doesn’t cool to the temperature as set. From past 3 services I’ve raised this complaint, and while delivering the car after service I was assured that the issue is fixed.

                But the issue was not fixed completely. After 2-3 weeks o[censored]sing the car, the issue resurfaces again. Last time in April 2019, I had taken my car only to fix my AC and told them the history about the issue and asked them why it comes back again and again. They didn’t have a proper response to it.

                After further investigation, they mentioned at AC component (I think thermistor / core) has gone; hence the AC keeps heating up and cooling up on its own and doesnt work as expected. I trusted them and agreed to get it replaced after they confirmed that they will support me with some discount on the component. Even with discount I had to pay INR 6697.00.

                After I tool the car out of service, the AC seemed to work fine and again it started creating problems. This time it doesn’t cool at all only hot air comes out of my AC. It become worse than the earlier situation. This is even after replacing the component and spending around INR 7K.

                I took my car to my dealer and again they claim that some other component ( this time is Fan) is faulty and it needs to be replaced and this time I have to shell out again another INR.8000/-

                I asked them the reason why its not fixed the last time, whey does it happen after few weeks I take the car out of service. They give reasons that are not acceptable.

                I’m really frustrated with this dealer and slowly started losing hope on brand FORD. I didn’t expect a dealer to go so low to make money from loyal customers. My car is close to 6 years now and I do think o[censored]pgrading it. My recent experience with the dealer forces me to not go for FORD again.

                I expect FORD to step in and take necessary actions on the dealer [Cauvery Ford – Bangalore] . I have also heard from my other friends circle that the service of this dealer is appalling and they too recommended not to go for this dealer again in future.

                If i don't see any actions my next course of action is to go to consumer forum and lodge a complain. I do not want to take that step and expect FORD INDIA to intervene.

                Now my car is with the dealer and I expect them to fix my AC problem once for all.

                  I have purchased ford aspire on 9 may 2019 and after 15 day my car started releasing heavy black smoke and i have also visited to service center and they dont have any solution and i have also complaine it on their official web site and one of my friend also purchesd aspire and having same problem. New car giving huge smoke it feels like u are driving a old auto friends plz dont buy new aspire u can visit showroom and can see smoke from their test drive aspire

I have been end number of times fooled by mr. Bhupinder & concerned staff at thane ford service centre regarding the brand new keys which failed to work & have to be replaced. Regret to buy car

                    This is the Complaint against of Aly Ford Showroom, Ramapuram, Perinthalmanna (Malapuram Dist ), As you received our Booking for ford endeavour, the booking was taken Mr :Pranav, and the Manager is Mr: Mukesh, (4 - May - 19), the Booking Amount was 4136000, as per this booking they promised to deliver will be May 20th, but they didnt give car still now ( from this day we were contact them, when they change date May 25 this day happens last i mentioned, but they said may 30, same thing happend. at last they promised will give vehicle June 10 th. when we accepted their request and expect car June -10. during this date we were frequently contacted the Aly ford team . now they are saying they can deliver June - 15th,

                    This is very cheating we totally fed up with the deal of this showroom .why because we are not a new customer of them, this is our second ford endeavour, 2016 we bought one, now we sold and buying new one, so its very painfull experience and harassment of the side of Aly ford Ramapuram Showrooom, i have attached all the details of Booking
                    when we gave amount.


                    Now we dont want car if they cant deliver within two days, we need our Booking amount ASAP.

                      (CC ed & Bcced ) To all the Ford family and Well-wishers of the brand Ford as I have not been getting any solutions for the issue by Chennai Ford.

                      This mail is in regards to my car Ford Figo, the same has been let for service a month ago .

                      Issue Faced within a month of service – I have let the vehicle for service in Chennai ford and was absolutely not satisfied with the service. I raised a complaint that the vehicle is not even water washed and had my doubts on whether they have actually looked into the vehicle properly.
                      A month from the service I was driving the vehicle in the high ways with my wife who is 8 months pregnant & a 4 year old kid and the car stopped in the middle of the way.
                      Managed to find our way with great difficulty we reached a safe place and long story short, called ford chennai and they arranged to tow the vehicle to the Chennai Ford Arumbakkam.
                      Documenting you the incidents happened from here.
                      1) Received a call from the supervisor, Ramdass…a short call concentrated in asking for Rs.60, 000/- bluntly .He did not even have the time to explain the “issue-on what happened to the car .
                      2) I was left with no clue on what has actually happened to the car which was serviced by Chennai Ford a month back and the car has run for just 46000 kms.
                      3) I had to call a previous supervisor and was very kind of him that he took 40 mins in the night to explain the issue, also I came to know that experienced technician would have found this by the noise of the engine and the smoke .
                      4) I had to travel to chennai Ford and met Mr.Mahesh & Babu, sad to say that Mr, Babu’s explanation of the issue was so very vague and sarcastic. I pointed out that you cant be sarcastic on this as the customer is in trouble and he needs proper explanation.
                      5) I asked for the Regional Services Manager’s number and they denied saying that both of them don’t have it and I had to use my resources to find Mr.Karthick. By then I had mailed the Ford and Gopinath took this issue . The Chennai ford now comes with a 50 % discounts.
                      6) The Chennai Ford is not in a position to take any responsibility for the service done and has not called to understand my dissatisfaction of the service the day I received the car.This service is done 30 days before this incident. They said that amicably our supervisor has sorted this out with me.

                      Now am of the fact that I have been a loyal customer of Ford, done all the services regularly in Chennai ford feel that the way the whole thing has been handled is absolutely not to the standards of Ford motors .

                      1) The substandard service done by chennai ford a month before the incident and the lethargic approach to the complaint on the substandard service.
                      2) Chennai Ford has not explained the issue to me in detail and has kept 2 liners of which money was the focus.
                      3) This has mainly put me in extreme stress and I had to go through this and still going through this and no resolutions which is positive has been offered.
                      4) I now have strong doubts about the safety of the ford car, I had travelled with my 7 months pregnant wife and a 4 year kid and this happened in the high way.

                      The Chennai Ford atleast should have taken responsibility of the service done and they sight that the car is 6 years old and to point out I have 46000 kms run & has done services with them regularly .

                      I request the leaders of the brand Ford to interfere in this and I am sending this to notify the concerned and hope somebody knocks to hear my story from the leadership.

                        This is in reference to raise a complaint regarding service issue due to which i am not able to drive my car properly.

                        During service the tire settings were not done properly and it was not checked as well by the mechnic, because of which i had to suffer alot of pain.
                        Left rear tire is creating some noise regularly and when this was reported next day to service center they called me to the service center and tried to fixed it by redo some settings.

                        Still after 4 days again the same issue has occurred and same noise from same tire is creating trouble while driving.
                        I am really disappointed with the quality of service and it was my first experience with Harpreet ford okhla.
                        I need immediate attention on this issue from Ford and assurance that the issue will b looked into on utmost priority.

                          Within 1 week of taking delivery of ford freestyle petrol from chennai ford

                          1. We smelt strong fuel fumes in the cabin and we couldn’t drive the car with the windows closed as it was suffocating. We informed the sales advisor, and were advised to bring the vehicle to the chennai ford showroom.
                          2. We brought the vehicle on 17/4/2019 and left the car for service due to this serious issue of fuel fumes engulfing the car cabin and they attempted to fix the issue.
                          3. Subsequently, we again began to smell the fuel fumes creeping in through the rear very clearly. We were able to smell strong fuel vapors in the boot of the car. We brought the car to the dealer and the service advisor confirmed that the problem has recurred. We have again left the car with chennai ford on 14/5/2019 for the very same issue.
                          We weren’t able to park the car in our own car slot at our basement as it would be dangerous to the whole complex and the residents if the car catches fire, so we parked it outside for fear of any unfortunate incident. Also citing the incident at bangalore where several cars in the parking lot went up in flames recently during the airshow, we feared that our car would meet the same fate as well.
                          We underwent severe hardship and trauma concerning buying a faulty car from ford with no safety for our lives and our children and also others. We are still psychologically affected fearing that the car might catch fire and blow up anywhere while we drive in the city or on any vacation trips. We cannot and will not drive this car again considering the inevitable consequences that might befall us. We are very upset and disappointed in experiencing such dangerous issues in a brand new car.
                          Further, we are forced to hire ola/uber and other modes of transportation and incurred costs for many days despite having invested rs 7, 57, 065/= in purchasing the car but unable to use it causing mental strain.
                          We demand immediate replacement of the vehicle in order that we may drive in peace and safety, or in the alternative refund the amount paid inclusive of cost of registration, insurance, taxes, emis and other miscellaneous expenses incurred by us as a consequence to the purchase of the vehicle.
                          1. Defective car sold to us by ford india.
                          2. Fear of explosion, endangers our lives and that of the general public.
                          3. Don’t want a repaired car. (As good as used car at half price)
                          4. It is a recurring issue.
                          5. Noticed within just 1 week from delivery date.
                          6. Traumatic experience – will not drive this car again.
                          7. Inconvenience, disrupted normal commute.
                          8. Lost trust with ford, would have rather bought from some other more trustworthy brand.
                          9. Defective car has been thrust on us

                            I have ford figo diesel car with registration no hr 51 ay 0599 and i went for normal service on 1 june 2019 and in that i replaced my both front shockers and cleaned by egr as my car was giving black smoke and in the end i payed aroud 13k inr

                            Then i drove my car for 2 days then on 4th june i suddenly realised that my car was still giving black smoke i went again back to them

                            The floor manager just throw water in the cylencer and started giving continues raise and while giving continues raise it start giving lot of white smoke that was too much and some noise also came from the engine

                            Problem

                            Now suddenly after that incident my car was missing when i switch on ac in the adiv ford agency only and when they checked they said that 2 injectors were damaged.

                            They they gave me car for home as i came with my wife while going to home from office

                            Now from morning on 5 june 2019 i am still in agency still now there sofware is showing my 2 injectors are not working properly

                            I would like to say after service my car was working fine only giving black smoke as i drive the car for 3 days after service and now after the incident by giving continous raise by floor manager car is continously giving miss and stoping again and again

                              Hello... I bought freestyle 8 months back... Ts29f0077... My ac condenser failed on april 27 2019... They said its electrical failure.. And replaced new one on warranty... It failed again on may 28 2019... Now its clear.. That its manufacturing defect... Replace me with new car... I dont need defective piece... Ford india kindly enquire and help me... I cant handle such problems with brand new car

                              I want purchase freestyle titanium model from noida but i am not satisfied for in the interior quality boot uper cover hook are demage & gear cover is not good then monitor is not working so good. But last time 2013 purchase a figo its so experience so good but this time experience very bad i can't satisfied this is not good for further

                                I had purchased a Ford Aspire vehicle from Lakshmi Ford at Vijayawada on 10 th May 2019. As a part of the post sale service your dealer has to assist / guide us in the process of obtaining Permanent Registration number. However inspite of repeated calls none of the staff are responding to the phone calls and neither are they responding to any messages.

                                If it is as per your rules that you don't guide your customer is post sale process, then let me tell you that post sale service of FORD is bad.

                                I am expecting a response at least in this forum else I shall conclude that services at Ford are very poor when compared to other peers in the market.

                                  I am disappointed with mody ford services the whole management is responsible for my cars damage. Last sept i was asked to replace the pcm because the car won’t crank due to anti theft enabled. Now less than a year the problem reoccurred and the managers calls in stating you got to replace the part as you have installed extra accessories like sub woofer the same was never told to me when it happened earlier, moreover the sub was not installed recently it was in 2016. Mody ford mechanic at ford are not experts i can say. I reported the problem stating the antitheft locking is enabled so the mechanic says your battery is bad later the manager calls and say they was loose contact and some malfunction however we have fixed the problem now come and take the car now all of the sudden they my pcm has gone bad and relay valve and i get a unexpected list as always. Less then 2 years i almost spent close to a lakh as the great mechanics said this has gone bad change
                                  It even after change many parts noise still continue and mechanics say it would take time as we just serviced the car. Mody ford always wants to cheat customer by not fixing the actual problem but by telling to replace this part or that part. I want the higher authorities of mody ford to look into my issue. I am not satisfied with the service i received. I am not paying another 40k for the pcm. Ford should bare the cost as it’s under warranty as said by the previous advisor and no one ever said that a sub woofer and existing head lights relay would damage the pcm.

                                    I have purchased Ford Figo in 2012. I was very satisfied with Ford Figo, by its Performance & Reputation among all other Hatchback Class vehicles in India. I was using Ford Figo regularly & haven’t noticed any major issues except Flat Tire Replacement & other smaller issues etc. Couple of days back, I have noticed a Small Jerk in engine & Malfunction Notification (Yellow color), which was appeared while driving. I have stopped the vehicle & called the Ford Service Center (**** Ford -Coimbatore).As per their advice Handed over the vehicle to them on 17/05/2019.

                                    This is Not the Very First Time, I know this malfunction happens for the Third Time due to the Fuel Injectors Failures. As of Now My car Ran only for 71k Kilometers in which I have Replaced 2 Injectors already by paying the amount from my pocket.
                                    1st Injector Replaced on 12/02/2015 when the Vehicle Ran for 26k Kms
                                    2nd Injector Replaced on 24/09/2016 When the vehicle Ran for 36k Kms.
                                    On this time, After Reaching the Ford Service Center They Scanned & claimed That Third Injector were also failed, this is not at all acceptable.
                                    How come 3 out of 4 Injectors will fail even though all the service has been taken in Ford Authorised Service Center’s & by having the proper maintenance.
                                    My Car Ran only 71k kms So Far & All the Services has been Taken from Authorized Service Center . You can Cross Verify the Service Records.
                                    You Know that this Fuel Injectors made By Continental has the Wide Spread Issue for most of the Figo & Fiesta Users.Please refer the below link for your reference.

                                    If Ford Doing the business like this, It will lose the Name & Reputation Among the Market.

                                      After getting my car serviced and repaired twice, I'm again getting the same power window issue in my Ford Freestyle. It's not working anymore. Already registered a complaint to Ford India and this is the last complaint to customer care from my side regarding this or any other issue. The next I'm planning for legal action in case the solution is not permanent because I'm not going to register complaint every time again and again for a defected vehicle.
