Ford India — new endeavor transmission problem

Less than 40 days old ford endeavour shows check engine warning light.
Made multiple visits to service center. Tried to call them. They would never pick up the vehicle. Always i used to drop the vehicle and pick it up.
They always said they updated software and light was gone.
But as i drive the car i feel huge jerks while changing gears from drive to reverse and vice versa. There clearly seems to be an error which are not even bothered to find out.
Thought i'd be able to use vehicle during holidays, but more than i've used the car, it has stayed most its life in the service center.
Now i don't want to use a faulty car for which i paid 35lac rupees. I demand a new replaced vehicle to which the company wouldn't even reply.
Disgusted with the service i've got.

I haven't received any revert from Ford India till now... Its been 20 days now.
