At that time of franchise india event at new delhi, before some days vashili ma was called me and tell all details about that event, and i was interested with my 4 friends to go there.
So i paid rs.2000/- total amount for four entry pass, and i got on mail that four passes. Then i booked train tickets for up and down and also booked a hotel at hotel konica nearby your event, you can check screenshot attachment as a reference.

But after some days cyclone came to odisha and at that time my city was very much affected, so it was quite impossible to go there, and also informed to vashili mam about this.
At that time vashili mam was noticed my problem and agreed to refund my all pass ticket price i. E. Rs.2000/- but one condition was there, she told for providing refund payment only after event end. I was also agreed for that condition.
After the end of the exhibition now vashili mam denied for refund my money.
We made payment to you only on believe and trust in franchise india, but if you avoid your commitment word then how can i got my refund.
As a proof, i am submitting all screenshots of my booking and call records with vashili mam those she told at that time of my problem.
