[Resolved]  Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training — Frankfinn denied refund of batch start fee despite no classes attended

I, Mehak Bashir, enrolled at Frankfinn Institute, first at the Jalandhar Centre and later transferred to the Chandigarh Centre. I paid ₹33, 000 — ₹15, 000 for registration and ₹18, 000 as batch start fee.

Due to personal family responsibilities, I had to cancel my admission before attending any classes. I requested a refund for the ₹18, 000 batch start fee, since I never used any service or participated in training. However, both the centre and Frankfinn customer care refused to refund anything, stating all fees are non-refundable — even though no service was rendered.

This is unfair and unethical. I am not asking for the registration fee back — only for the batch fee which is tied to actual training. I request the concerned authorities to kindly intervene and ensure a partial refund is processed.
