[Resolved]  Frankfinn Institute Of Air Hostess Training — I want to Request to cancel admission and refund registration fee for my future study expenses.

Dear Sir/Madam
This letter serves as a formal request for a refund of admission fee that I submitted you to (23Aug, 2023) your main head office at Bhubaneswar during the procedure of registration and admission fee. I submitted 33, 000 at 1:53 pm in afternoon.

After the counselling session, i was selected to pursue 6 months vocational course- Frankfinn Post graduate course certification course in aviation, hospitality travel and customer services (FCAHTCS) on 23rd Aug 2023, and paid a total amount of 33 thousand to Frankfinn Institute.

But after few days, i will decides to cancel that admission process due to financial problems in my family because my parents was borrowed the amount of 33 thousand from their relatives and they want to payback to them very urgently. To solving this financial problem i want to get my amount from Frankfinn Institute. And i want to continue my further studies as well as taking coaching classes. So that’s why
I was not able to join this course because of my personal issues which I mentioned above.
I had visited and submitted application and registration fee to the Frankfinn Institute at Bhubaneswar, but i dont get any updates and she has not tell any refundable and non refundable policy earlier and at the time of counselling. And when i talk to the mam she also denied to pay back that (33, 000) that actually a big amount to me and my parents because we are belongs to poor family our financial condition is too week. It is means to a lots for me and my further studies.
Belongings from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me, therefore I requested you to cancel my admission from your prestigious institute ( Frankfinn Institute at Bhubaneswar) and kindly refund my admission fee (33, 000) so that i can bear the expense for my further studies.

I attached some documents with a bank receipts of the payment that i had paid at 23rd Aug, 2023.
