Dear Sir/Mam I'm Kamta Prasad my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com Mo-[protected] In November 2020, I went to Kapurthala Lucknow to get information about the institute cabin crew course. There I spoke to Miss Shipra Kapoor ji, she gave information about the course, told 90000 fees and will be registered with 15000, then I asked as if I could not do it after registering for any reason, the registration will be refunded, Shipra Mam Nebola will be right back And then I went on 10/11/2020 and registered for 15000 rupees. But due to money problem, I can not read, so I asked to return the money, then Shipra said, I am outside the country, you go to the institute and talk to Shruti Sastogi, I went to the institute, Shruti Maam said to Okra I I will talk and tell I made many calls, SMS no response. Hi sir/mam my name is yashwanth from Hyderabad I have paid 15000 rupees to frankfinn institute and there is no classes I have waited 1 year now I got another job so I want my money to be refunded soon
