SUBJECT: Request to cancel admission and refund registration fee

Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter severs as a formal request for a refund of admission fee that I submitted to your main branch at Rajouri Garden during the procedure of registration and admission formalities.

After the counseling session, I was selected to pursue 6 months vocational training course- Frankfinn post graduate certificate in aviation, hospitality travel and customer services (FCAHTCS) on 05th, FEB 2021 and paid a total amount of Rs.15000.

I was not able to join this course because of my personal reasons. I had visited and submit application twice to the Frankfinn institute at Rajouri Garden, but i did not get any updates and she has not tell any refundable/non-refundable policy earlier.

Belonging from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me therefore, I request you to cancel my admission from your prestigious Institute and kindly refund me the admission fee so that I can bear the expenses of my further education.

I attached some documents with a bank receipt of the payment that I had paid.
I hope to hear from you soon about the procedures for cancelling admission and receiving refund.

SUBJECT- Request to cancel admission and refund registration fee

Dear Sir/Madam
This letter serves as a formal request for a refund of admission fee that I submitted you to (11March, 2022) your main head office at preet vihar during the procedure of registration and admission fee. I submitted 5, 000 at (3:52 pm in evening) and other 10, 000 we pay at (6:30 pm).

After the counselling session, i was selected to pursue 6 months vocational course- Frankfinn Post graduate course certification course in aviation, hospitality travel and customer services (FCAHTCS) on 11th MAR 2022, and paid a total amount of 15 thousand to Frankfinn Institute.

But after few days, i will decides to cancel that admission process due to financial problems in my family because my parents was borrowed the amount of 15 thousand from their relatives and they want to payback to them very urgently. To solving this financial problem i want to get my amount from Frankfinn Institute. And i want to continue my further studies as well as taking coaching classes. So that’s why
I was not able to join this course because of my personal issues which I mentioned above.
I had visited and submitted application and registration fee to the Frankfinn Institute at preet vihar, but i dont get any updates and she has not tell any refundable and non refundable policy earlier and at the time of counselling. And when i talk to the mam she also denied to pay back that (15, 000) that actually a big amount to me and my parents because we are belings to poor family our financial condition is too week. It is means to a lots for me and my further studies.
Belongings from a humble background this amount makes a lot of difference to me, therefore I requested you to cancel my admission from your prestigious institute ( Frankfinn Institute at preet vihar) and kindly refund my admission fee (15, 000) so that i can bear the expense for my further studies.

I attached some documents with a bank receipts of the payment that i had paid at 11th Mar, 2022.
