Dear Sir/Madam,
I paid ₹15, 000 as registration fee on 23 January 2026 for enrollment at Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training (Kalya nagar Branch).
After the admission counseling process, I faced the financial issues to pay the remaining amount as it was difficult for me because my mother suddenly felt ill and my father suffering from financial issues and also I understood that the course structure and career opportunities were not aligned with the expectations communicated to me, particularly regarding government job opportunities and career scope spoke me during the call. Therefore, I decided not to continue with the program. and also I need this money to solve the financial issue as it is not a small amount because as from middle class background. so please provide the refund of the money as it will be helpful for me because I didn't get any refund fees after many mail and call to head office and Kalyan nagar branch office from past 4 months.
I would also like to clearly state that I have not attended any classes, training sessions, or availed any services from the institute. Since no educational service has been utilized, I request cancellation of my admission and refund of the ₹15, 000 registration fee.
Retaining the full amount despite no services being used would be unfair, and I request you to kindly process the refund at the earliest.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a written response regarding the refund status.
