Myself Mehroz Zariwala.I had visited Frankfinn institute Andheri Mumbai office on 23/08/2023 and I was told by Mr.Inteqab Khan to pay registration fees by 7.30p.m on same day to book seat and avail scholorship facility. I was pressurized to pay this fees on same day by 7.30p.m of Rs.15000/- or else I will loose the scholorship and I had paid the same on 23/08/2022 and was told to pay 18000/- in next 4 days and remaining by loan.
The next day Due to financial issue I had decided to discontinue with the course and get the fees refund and even I have not attended 1 session of the training course but Mr.Inteqab Khan refused to refund the fees Rs.15000/- and said fees is non refundable.

Kindly find the attached fees paid receipt and understand my situation and do the needful at the earliest as my father is auto-rickshaw driver and had already undergone spine surgery I wont be able to continue with the course.
