Freecharge.in — about not crediting my amount of recharge | |||
I rechanged my aircel number ([protected]) yesterday (1/07/2015) for 299. the amount is debitted from my account and i got the msg from my native bank as (Ur A/c-xxxxxxxx010844xx has been DEBITED for Rs.299.00-ECOM-ACCELYST SOLUTIO-xxxxxxxxxx737589-Balance is Rs.952.16-KBLMoneyPlant-(01:07:2015:20:21:58) But the same amount is not creditted to my no yet Pls kindly refund my amount Was this information helpful? | |||

This is in reference to your e-mail dated 2/07/2015 regarding Rs.299/- online recharge related concern for your Aircel number [protected].As discussed with you, we wish to mention that we have verified your account details and found that the recharge for the amount of Rs.299/- was not successful, the amount would get reversed to your bank account within 7 working days from the date of transaction. If it is not come to your bank account within 7 working days, we request you to send the bank statement for further assistance. Once the bank statement is shared we would check it from the relevant team and refund the amount to your Aircel number.
