I have paid my BSNL Postpaid Bill Payment through FreeCharge.in on Feb 7 2016 and the same not reflected at Merchant (BSNL) End even after 7 days. But the status on Freecharge.in showing as like below, [protected] - Bsnl Postpaid, ALL - Rs. 685 - Recharged on Mobile Website Order id : FCMM[protected] (View Invoice). Your transaction was successful. I have reported the same issue to Freecharge customer care ([protected]@freecharge.in) several times but not yet received any confirmation about reversal of amount paid through their website to my wallet or bank account.
