[Resolved] Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Merchant transaction failed still no refund after 9 days | |||||
On March 13, a payment of Rs 150 was being credited to www.freshmenu.com for a lunch order. But after the debit from freecharge wallet the merchant site came back to payment page with neither failure nor success message. This was brought to the attention of www.freecharge.in customer care immediately by email. But still no response from them except that it will automatically get refunded after 5-7 business days. On sending the reminder email they sent exactly the same response. On freecharge website the transaction details are: GbKBCkudVx7WXN_[protected]_11PIN1. Transaction Time: March 13, 2016 12:19:36 PM. Oct 24, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Resolved after more than dozen more reminders and emails. Took more than 2 months. Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

I had sent an email to even snapdeal founder kunal.[protected]@snapdeal.com.
But they advised me to wait for freecharge mail.
No action has been taken by anybody.
The refund for mere Rs 150/- back to freecharge wallet for the failed transaction has not been processed.
