Freecharge.in / Accelyst Solutions — Money deducted and not refunded despite of failed recharge | |||||
I recharged my number with datacard - [protected], with amount Rs. 838, for which recharge failed and a message was shown that money will be refunded in 6 hours. Since then, it has been more than 24 hours and I didn't get my refund. My email id is: kkumar.[protected]@gmail.com This is the last time I'm using freecharge for any transactions.
