Dear Sir, Recently freecharge.in launched a prepaid virtual credit card with mastercard and yes bank. Using this card I made a payment of Rs. 561/- on amazon.in for shopping some product on 24 Jan 2016 but later on returned the product to amazon and amazon initiated the refund to my freecharge virtual credit card on 28 Jan 2016, but it is not showing in the card and their customer care is not responding in this matter. Please look into the matter.
