Dear Team, I have just transferred funds to my freecharge wallet on 16th Jan and i have not received the same. I have been trying to reach freecharge team over email and phone i am not getting any response regarding the same. It went to my airtel bill payment not to my account. Please help me to transfer the same amount to my wallet in next 1 hour if its later kindly transfer to my bank. On Jan 28th I have received below email from freecharge, its been now 8 days there is no response for the same. [protected]@freecharge.in via freshdesk.com Jan 20 (8 days ago) Dear Santosh, Thank you for your time and patience. As discussed over the call, below mentioned transaction is success with the operator ID[protected]. Order ID: FCMW[protected] Amount: 5100 Bill Payment Number: 97317XXXXX (Airtel Postpaid) However, we have now forwarded below transaction for reversal. If the same been considered at operator end then amount will refunded to your account. We shall get back to you with an update within 48 hours.
