Freecharge.in — Amount debited from my nett banking. But not recharged

I have recharged Rs. 300/ - thru sbi net banking for idea mobile [protected]. It shown as successfully debited from my account but recharge has not been done and no message also received from free charge. Normally when I do the recharge I used to get the confirmation from freecharge and also not received any coupon which I opted. Pls help me in this regard. You can mail them on their id [protected]@freecharge.com. I had faced a similar problem, which happens sometimes due to technical glitches. My problem was solved within 48 hours. Just email them the details and they with acknowledge your email
