This reference to my previous complaint raised reg my freecharge has not been done to my idea number [protected] thru sbi net banking. The amount has been debited from my account and the recharge has not been done. After raising the complaint the above mentioned gentleman called and asking for my debit card detail for refunding the amount. I have bitter experience before with the same free charge people. Why u want my account detail for crediting the amount back. Either u credit to my free charge credit or u re credit to my bank account from where the amount has come. The above mentioned Mr. Rahul he dont know how to behave with customer and he was trying to hack my account. He is so rude while talking.
