[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Freecharge account was blocked by freecharge / snapdeal | |||
I am continuously mailing freecharge.in but no reply from them after 3 days. this is regarding the issue that i was unable to login to my freecharge account. when i raise this issue i was told by customer care of freecharge that my account was locked and will be reactivate after providing id documents. i provide that documents to their team but still my account was in blocked stage and now even they are not reply to my mails. I have 9900 rs in my wallet. i want my money back. now they are just new tickets every time but not working on it. tickets are ticket # 4002491, ticket # 3990173, # 3985397, # 3982378. Raghavmehra.
