Freecharge.in — Money deducted but recharge not done.

Dear Freecharge, I recharged my mobile no. with rs. 150 on 22nd july 2015 but till date recharge is not done. Status in account history is showing as Payment Pending. Money was deducted from my HDFC bank account and no refund has been issued so far. My Order ID is- FCVA[protected]. HDFC CHQ/REF NO. IS - DF[protected].
