Freecharge.in — Rs 2040 deducted

I have done recharge of rs 400 on[protected] which was unsuccessful after so many days they called me and said we are giving you refund, they asked my card no, pin and another rs 2040 was deducted from my account today on[protected]

I got call from [protected]

I also contant [protected]@freecharge.in and send them snapshots of my balance
