[Resolved] Freecharge.in — Still not able to send money to bank account | |||||
I'm totally not happy with the company service. I've been writing multiple times but no reply from Free charge. I've 4849 in my account but i'm not able to send that to my bank account. I needed this money yesterday and have been writing for last 4 days for help but they didn't reply so Finally i've to come here and write about the fraud business they are doing. They are taking the customer money and securing it in there wallet and not providing an option to transfer it to bank account. When you try transferring it it'll say You can't transfer money at this time. . They don't Understand the urgency for a customer and they don't have a telephone number also where we can directly talk to them.
