I am Guru prasad made a purchase from snapdeal and received damaged product and so i have Return the item with the option of Refund but Refund money transferred from Snapdeal to freecharge and then freecharge account says to transfer to my bank account, on trying to transfer it shows transaction is failed and says Your money has been withdrawn.
