On 23.12.16 I have initiated payment of vodofone bill for rs.185/- online . Wallet shows balance of rs.100/- and sought balance rs.85/- from my debit card which I proceeded and the amount was debited in my account but not transferred to freecharge wallet. Vetrified at bank found account debited. Unable to caontact freecharge authorities. As it was last few days to pay vodafone bill I have paid it accross the counter personally. Please recredit the outstanding amount of rs.85/- to my freecharge wallat account immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||||
