Hi Team, I tried to pay idea postpaid bill for Rs 1375, the amount was deducted from the bank and in free charge account it is updated as payment failure. I enquired my bank and they gave me reference id for successful payment of Rs 1375. Reference id from bank is: HUTI[protected] Order id is: FCMW[protected] There is no clear response from customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||||
