[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Amount not refunded | |||||
On 06/12/2016 I tried to add the amount Rs.250 into the Freecharge wallet, the transaction was failed at the last moment, but the amount was deducted from my bank account. It has been 13 days since it happened but I didn't get my amount back. I mailed [protected]@freecharge.in on 12.12.2016 but no reply from them. Again mailed them on 15.12.2016, no response. Dec 20, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I already mailed freecharge at the customer care mail id [email protected], but I didn't get any reply from them for more than a week. I got a reply from [email protected] at the same day I posted here and my amount also got refunded. Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
